Derived from the Greek root soma, meaning “the living body known from within,” somatics is the paradigm, process, and practice of healing your nervous system and relating intentionally to your felt experience.
In business, somatics is what supports you in staying connected to yourself, and in embodying your values and vision, especially when things change and you feel stretched.
When you heal your nervous system, your capacity expands. You can take more risks, make decisions with more trust and clarity, hold more visibility, and navigate uncertainty and discomfort with more steadiness.

I’ve come to understand soul as the expression of aliveness that is uniquely yours - and in business it gets to inform the deeper why behind your work.
If Spirit is the tapestry, Soul is your unique thread. And you get to shape the tapestry with what you offer through your very beingness.
Without soul, business can become performative or feel hollow.
With it, every offering becomes an act of devotion.
