The Practitioner Ground

A Mentorship & Consultation Space for Emerging Somatic Practitioners

You’ve learned frameworks.
You’re practicing the skills.
And now you’re beginning to sit with the very real, nuanced, deeply human terrain of working with actual people.

The Practitioner Ground was created for newer somatic practitioners who want to build their work slowly, ethically, relationally, and sustainably, with support.

This is not a high-volume coaching container focused on rapid scaling or polished performance. It is a small, grounded mentorship space devoted to helping practitioners deepen their capacity to hold 1:1 work with integrity, attunement, and care.

Over the course of three months, we’ll explore the often-unspoken layers of practitioner development: nervous system capacity, boundaries, confidence, transference and counter-transference, pacing, relational dynamics, practitioner sustainability, and the realities of building a practice in the early stages.

This space blends mentorship, live case consultation, collaborative reflection, and somatically-informed frameworks and practices to support both your development and the clients you serve.

A Note from Halie

My intention for this space is not to create “perfect practitioners.”

It’s to support practitioners in becoming more honest, attuned, grounded, and relational in the way they hold others, while also learning how to hold themselves in the process.

So much of this work cannot be learned through information alone. It is shaped through our own embodiment of the work, our facilitation, practice, humility, community connection, and lived experience.

I created this space because I believe newer practitioners deserve mentorship spaces that honor the depth and responsibility of this work while also supporting sustainability, humanity, and growth.

You do not need to already have everything figured out to begin.

If you’re feeling the call to join, let me know. And I look forward to seeing you inside.
